Maintenance Coatings

Not all pre-existing wood floors need to be completely resurfaced to make them look great again. If your hardwood floors aren’t severely worn we may be able to screen (lightly sand) the top layer of finish and reapply fresh coats of our fast drying, lower odor, highly durable polyurethane floor finishes. This process is quicker and costs much less than a full refinish, where the old finish is completely removed.
