Traditional, Solid Site-Finished Flooring is sanded and finished in your home to create a truly custom floor while our Prefinished Solid Flooring is sanded and finished in the factory not in your home—most rooms can be installed in one day! Our Engineered Prefinished Flooring and Engineered Site-Finished Flooring can be installed below grade or anywhere extra dimensional stability is required, over radiant heat for example. Our Locking Engineered Prefinished is a “snap” to install—the pieces lock together requiring no nails or glue for installation.
