CumaruA tough and dense wood imported from
Brazil that has an irregular, somewhat interlocked grain and wavy,
course texture. Cumaru has a wide range of color possibilities: The
golden cinnamon brown colored boards can be sorted into a light cumaru
or "Brazilian Teak" while the darker browns with a bordeaux cast can be
sorted into a dark cumaru or "Brazilian Chestnut."
