MATERIAL SALES

With over 350,000 SF of flooring in stock, along with raw lumber and supplies, we're your one-stop shop for flooring projects! We offer installation services, but you can also buy materials from us and have a contractor install the floor (or you can tackle it yourself) - and we offer convenient job site delivery. Our specialty is unfinished and prefinished hardwood, but we also feature select lines of laminate, luxury vinyl and cork options. Any item we don't stock here in our warehouses we can order, so we can always get you the perfect floor to match your interior design.

INSTALLATION & SANDING

We offer top quality installation & sanding services - all our own employees, no sub-contractors! Our crews provide outstanding work and our schedule books up quickly (often several months out), so contact us early and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule. We provide free estimates, so call our office to set up a measure appointment. If you're in the beginning stages of development email us with the approximate square footage of the job and we'll provide you with a preliminary quote. (Please note that to ensure quality we only install material we provide).

CUSTOM TREADS & MILLWORK

We custom manufacture all our own treads and millwork right here in our Rochester, NH shop. Whether you need plain unfinished pieces, or are looking to match a prefinished floor, we can make all your stair parts, vents and transitions to your specifications. We can also produce custom and hard-to find items like rounded stair treads.
