In addition to stocking a wide range of flooring and lumber, we also make all our own stair treads and millwork right here in our Rochester, NH shop! We've been expanding our shop over the past couple of years and it has truly developed into a fantastic resource.

Higgins custom manufactures all of our own stair parts and millwork right here in Rochester, NH so you know your stairs will match your floor perfectly, every time. 1-2 week lead time for unfinished, 2-3 weeks for prefinished (but if you're in a rush let us know and we'll see if we can get your order to you faster).
